Autopay –

You can avoid a late or missed payment – Call or Email (auctionoas@comcast.net) to be placed on Auto Pay!

 

Basic Profile Information –

You can now update all your personal information right from your profile under the “Basic Information” tab.

 

Bid History-

You can view the bid history of an item by clicking the “Bid History” link which is located above the green “Bid Now” Button.

 

Bids –

You can see a list of items that you bid on right from your profile under the “bids” tab

 

Change Password –

You can now change your password right from your profile under the “Change password” tab

 

Credit Cards-

Want more than 1 credit card on file – Log into your User Profile, Click on View Profile, Payment Method, Click on the Add green button to add additional card(s).

 

Invoices-

You can now see all your invoices right from your profile under the “invoices” tab

 

Make Payment Yourself –

Log into your User Profile, Click on View Profile, Invoices, Click on 3 dots on right side to make payment (click on which card you want to use if you have more than 1 card on file).  Once paid it will be marked Paid In Full.

 

Max Bids

If you are already the high bidder and decide you want to place a Max Bid, you must clear the first box and then place your Max Bid in the second box, then accept.

 

Payments –

You can now add a credit card right from your profile under the “payments” tab – (Forms of payments we accept, Discover – Master Card – Visa)

 

Search Option –

After clicking into an auction, you will see a search block located at the top of the page on the top left-hand side where you will be able to narrow your search options for all auctions at once.

 

Tax Exemptions –

You can now add Your tax Exemption information right from your profile under the “Tax Exemptions” tab.

 

Watch list –

You can add your favorite items that you are watching by clicking the yellow star which is located right above “bid history”, by clicking the “yellow star” you will be able view all your watch list items right from your Bidder profile for easy access. Also, anything that you bid on will automatically be added to your watch list, therefore, you can bid right from your profile. No reason to delete items on your watch list. They will fall off once the auction closes.
